"WEE VEE" has saved me hundreds of dollars so far. I'm a bank beater when it comes to my tournament fishing, so my transducer takes a beating as well. I have a 2007 Triton, which I ordered new, and I have replaced my transducer four times since April '07. I've had my "WEE VEE" since April '09 and have not had any damage done to my transducer thus far. I'll never have another boat without a "WEE VEE" installed....
My name is Ray Templeton and I ordered one of your Wee Vee's for my trolling motor and all I can say is W O W. This product is AWESOME and I can't believe that EVERY fisherman/woman that owns a boat with a trolling motor doesn't own one. THIS IS A MUST for a Tournament Fisherman like myself. I fish Dist 58 of American Bass Anglers Tournament Trail in Kansas and you can be assured this product will SAVE me $$$$$$ in the long run. The Transducer folks must HATE you for making such a product because this product (Wee Vee) will cost them alot of lost sells because I WILL NOT be braking any more transducers because of ROCKS, STUMPS or ANY OTHER OBJECT that is below the water line. I ordered on a Friday and received the Wee Vee on Monday and it took only 5 min. to install. Thanks again for such a OUTSTANDING Product. I installed my Wee Vee several weeks ago and really like the sense of protection that it gives. Several of our club guy's have seen it and ask where to get one. Congrats on a great product. If you like to probe the shallows, then the WEE-VEE is a must. This is the greatest invention since the bow-mounted trolling motor. I ripped off 2 transducers in the past before I got one of your units. I can't believe how effective the transducer armor is. I have run over rocks, through grass and stumps, and there doesn't seem to be any punishment I can put this thing through that it won't take! This is a great product. I no longer have to worry about how close to rocks and logs I can get. I have been using the guard and love it. This is the first time my transducers have stayed on this long, and it isn't because I'm not fishing the rocks. I have still been banging along and the guard has protected the transducer quite well.
